1.   I am 18 years of age or older.

2.   I understand that all products purchased from Alpha Sports Airsoft, LLC are toy replicas and have the tips of  the barrel painted orange or covered by a bright colored plastic cap to distinguish it as a toy as mandated by federal law.

3.   I understand that it is my responsibility as the buyer not Alpha Sports Airsoft, LLC to ascertain, and obey all    applicable local, state, federal and international laws with regard to the possession and use of any item on this site.

4.   I understand that I am not permitted by law to remove any warning stickers, paint or markings on any such products, that the removal of any such stickers, paint or markings is prohibited by law, and may void all warranties.

5.   I understand that applicable federal and/or state laws provide that the use of an airsoft gun in a crime may carry the full ramifications of a real firearm or weapon. I agree that I will use this product in a lawful manner, and not in connection with any criminal offense or other crime. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alpha Sports Airsoft, LLC and its officers, owners and employees, from and against all liabilities, damages, penalties, claims or other obligations arising out of my use and/or ownership of any products sold by Alpha Sports Airsoft, LLC.

6.   I understand that are sales are final and that I will contact the manufacturer about issues with any defects in the products purchased from Alpha Sports Airsoft, LLC.

7. I understand that until I have signed Alpha Sports Airsoft waiver my AEG purchase will not be shipped.
